Seven stages. You can stop at any of them, and nothing is charged until a proposal has been accepted in writing.

You tell us what you are trying to do. We come back to arrange a time. There is no charge and no obligation, and you do not need an account.

Assessment
For anything beyond a single small piece of work, we find out what you already run before proposing anything. That inventory usually changes the conversation.

Access, or time with whoever knows the systems.

An honest picture of the current state.
Proposal
Scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule, in writing — with the assumptions the estimate rests on stated, so that a wrong assumption is visible as a change rather than as an argument.

Accept, ask for changes, or decline.
Ours
A document you can take to whoever signs.
Onboarding
Accepting generates your checklist — built from the services you chose. Organization details, the agreements that apply, and the information the work actually needs.

Complete the items. They are visible, and so is what remains.

Review each one, and say clearly if something needs another look.
Agreements
The Master Service Agreement, the policies that apply, and any service-specific authorization. Everything is versioned, and your acknowledgment is recorded against the exact version you were shown.

Activation
An administrator reviews and approves. Your services become active and your Technology Passport begins.
