Sites get built on a platform the agency chose, with content nobody internal can change, and a renewal the organization cannot leave.
What we do
We build the site, hand over the source, and set it up so your own staff can change the copy without calling us. Hosting, domain and certificate are recorded in your Technology Passport with their renewal dates, so the site does not go dark because a card expired.
Accessibility is part of the build rather than a later fix: the target is WCAG 2.2 AA, tested with a keyboard and a screen reader before launch, not asserted afterwards.

Questions
Who owns the site when it is finished?
You do — the source, the hosting account, the domain and the certificate. We record them in your Technology Passport so the details are not locked in someone's inbox.
Can our own staff update the content?
Yes. We set up editing for the pages that change, and train whoever will be doing it.
Do you require a maintenance contract?
No. Maintenance is a separate service you can take or leave.
